What is my first step to full mouth reconstruction?
-
The first step is scheduling a consult to discuss your unique needs.
-
At that first appointment we will discuss what your expectations and needs are, and what we can do to meet them.
-
X-rays and a CBCT scan will be taken to help plan your treatment needs.
-
Digital impressions will be taken to help plan the esthetics of your case.
-
Dr. Baiker or Dr. Barbee will create a treatment plan and it will be gone over with you, it will include the treatment/treatments needed and the approximate length it will take.
How long will full mouth reconstruction take?
-
The time frame for when full mouth reconstruction is completed will depend on your treatment needs.
-
If crowns and bridges are the only treatments needed, they can be completed rather quickly.
-
If you require extractions and implants as part of your full mouth reconstruction treatment, then it can take approximately 4-8 months due to healing.
