Meet The Team

Dr. Baiker is a highly accomplished dentist who has been providing exceptional oral healthcare to Florida communities since 1991. He earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University before completing his dental education at The Ohio State University, where he graduated cum laude. Dedicated to the highest standards of his profession, Dr. Baiker is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Florida Dental Association (FDA), and the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (FACD). He combines decades of clinical experience with a technology-driven approach, focusing heavily on preventative care to help patients maintain lifelong oral health.

Dr. Barbee is a proud “Double Gator,” having earned both her undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Music and her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Florida. She has been practicing dentistry for over nine years and lives in Indialantic with her husband, their one-year-old son, and their dog, Miles Davis.

Dr. Barbee has always embraced an integrative approach to health and is passionate about bringing that same philosophy to patient care. As a member of the inaugural cohort training with the Institute for Functional Dentistry, she is expanding her expertise in functional dentistry and the oral-systemic connection. Her approach focuses on optimizing oral and systemic health by addressing nutrition, the oral microbiome, airway health, and other factors that influence overall health. She will also collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to help patients achieve optimal health through a more comprehensive approach to care.

With 31 years of experience in the dental field, Catalina is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. She earned her certifications in Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and Dental Radiography through the University of Florida. The most rewarding part of her career is helping patients who have always been afraid or embarrassed to show their smiles discover the confidence to smile again.

This year, Catalina has transitioned to working from home, managing the dental office and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. She also fill's in at the office whenever needed, which gives her great pleasure because she truly enjoys seeing and caring for our patients.

Audrey is an EFDA-certified Dental Assistant who has been delivering exceptional patient care since 2008. After graduating from Eastern Florida State College, she committed to mastering modern dental advancements through extensive continuing education in digital dentistry. Known for her strive for perfection, Audrey ensures every patient feels comfortable and receives the highest quality care. Outside the clinic, she loves reading and creating memories with family, whether embarking on a new adventure or enjoying a quiet day at home—usually alongside her two lovable golden retrievers, Banner and Ollie.

With over 11 years of experience in dentistry, Chelsey brings both skill and compassion to patient care. She is a University of Florida-trained Certified Restorative Functions Dental Assistant (CRFDA) and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) who specializes in restorative dentistry. Chelsey loves the creative side of dentistry and finds great satisfaction in helping restore patients’ smiles and confidence. Her goal is to make every patient feel comfortable, informed, and cared for while receiving the highest quality treatment. Outside of the office, Chelsey enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter, and working toward her dream of building a family ranch in Florida. 

Lisa has been dedicated to the dental profession for nearly 30 years, including over 18 years as a dental hygienist. Prior to becoming a hygienist, she gained valuable experience working as both a dental and orthodontic assistant. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree in 2007, followed by her Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene (BASDH). Since joining Dr. Baiker’s office in early 2020, Lisa has enjoyed helping patients achieve healthier smiles through education, prevention, and personalized care. She is passionate about building trusting relationships with her patients and creating a comfortable, positive experience at every visit. Her goal is to help each patient feel informed, confident, and empowered to maintain excellent oral health for a lifetime.

Karen is a Registered Dental
Hygienist with over 20 years of experience serving our wonderful community. She is passionate about providing exceptional, personalized care while helping patients achieve optimal oral health through education and prevention. Karen takes pride in building lasting relationships with her patients and making every visit a positive experience.

Ledonna joined the dental field in 1980 and brings decades of expertise to her role as our Patient Coordinator. She is deeply passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and loves helping families navigate the ins and outs of dental insurance with ease. Ledonna's warm smile is often the first thing you'll encounter at Digital Dental Studio, making every patient feel right at home. Outside of the office, she stays busy keeping up with her beloved three French Bulldogs.
